Not a crowded resort, but a quite peaceful, single mountain cabin adjoining the Nantahala National Forest. The cabin has a large, flat yard with an open southern exposure. This is perfect for the family or as a dark sky retreat for the amateur astronomer. This cabin is located at the end of our private road some 4/10 mile from the nearest public access. It’s just the private place to relax on the front porch or gear up for a hiking adventure!

You will enjoy a bright kitchen with custom oak cabinets, range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, etc., and an outside gas BBQ grill. Turkeys and deer are frequent visitors.
